Description   Institutional Power Bag Stand (for Large and Medium Power Bags) The stand is designed to hold our Power Bags hitting training aid to allow players to swing and hit the Power Bags, forcing the player to build strength by driving through the bag with their bat.  As the bag is struck it will move forward and allow the bat to travel through and underneath.  The player will experience an increase in strength by repeatedly striking the bag.  We have our players strike the bag 30 times each practice session.  It is hard for them to do at the beginning of the season but by the middle of the season they are hitting the bags with enough force to easily swing them up and to have their bat move through the zone. 4' wide x 6' long leg base for maximum stability Can accomodate two large or medium bags simultaneously (Power Bags NOT included with stand) Made with 2 1/2" square steel tubing. Tough black powder coated finish. Includes wheels on one end and handles on the other for easy mobility. Also features rubberized feet on the bottom to protect gym floors
